Hi, I’m Katie, founder of mind-heart evolution and international educator for nearly 15 years.
I am passionate about cultivating a more emotionally connected and compassionate world. I support adults, couples, parents, and educators in transforming both their daily lives and the way we experience life itself.
In addition to a Master’s in Educational Psychology, I am a certified, trauma-informed Mindfulness Meditation Teacher (MMTCP), trained in emotionally intelligent education (Mindful Schools, Positive Education, Responsive Classroom, Gottman Emotion Coaching), and currently completing Certification in Counselling (AIPC) and Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy (IMP), which I translate into my coaching work.
Since my own childhood, I have long wondered:
What is the deeper meaning of this all?
How can we be more authentic with each other?
How do we make the most of this precious human life?

By weaving together the timeless wisdom of mindfulness and Buddhist teachings with contemporary psychology and brain-body science, we explore your inner landscape and the unique blueprint of you.
This is an educational process. They are skills for you to learn, practice, and embody in ways that will enhance your experience of life itself.
Through somatic presence, guided meditation, and compassionate inquiry, we bring awareness to the patterns that shape how you feel, think, and act. Using my signature MERITS framework for holistic wellbeing, we explore the aspects of an emotionally balanced life and investigate key pillars for personal development. In sessions together, we practice mind-heart integration, a process of rediscovering and staying with your most authentic parts, training in compassionate self-understanding, and mapping a life of greater purpose, contentment, and peace.
My methods integrate a blend of psychological perspectives, rooted in years of personal study, research and thoughtful synthesis of best practices and commonalities across traditions.
My approach is one of warmth and discernment - soft, yet precise. We focus on lasting transformation, diving far beyond surface level self-improvement or short-term fixes and into the deeper truths of our being. We learn to flourish through change and begin to realize then release what is no longer serving us. Together, we investigate what it’s like to be in this body, to work with this mind, to tend to this heart, and to connect with our innermost spirit.
