Hi, I’m Katie, I've spent nearly 15 years as an international educator and mindfulness practitioner — listening to what's unspoken in people's hearts, and helping meaning emerge.

I am passionate about cultivating a more connected and compassionate world, and I’m here to support you in transforming not just your daily life, but the way you experience life itself.

My work draws on a Master's in Educational Psychology, certification as a trauma-informed Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, and ongoing training in counselling and mindfulness-based psychotherapy — woven together with over two decades of personal Buddhist study and practice.

But beneath all of that, what has driven me since childhood are questions you might be carrying, too:
What is the deeper meaning of this all?
How can we be more authentic with each other?
How do we make the most of this precious human life?

In sessions, we explore your unique inner landscape with a mindfulness that gently uncovers your own clarity and natural wisdom. Clients describe me as warm, yet discerning — soft, but precise.

We investigate what it's like to be in this body, to work with this mind, and to tend to this heart. We bring awareness to the patterns shaping how you feel, think, and act. Slowly, we release what no longer serves, build a life of genuine flourishing, and remember what was never truly lost.

Two signature frameworks support this work: the MERITS model — a holistic map of wellbeing — and the mind-heart integration process, for mindfulness practitioners ready to go deeper.

I believe we are here to experience life fully, to learn and grow, to find joy in the process, and to remember our true nature.
