offerings

  • 1-1 sessions

    Using insight-oriented coaching, somatic awareness, psychoeducation, and compassionate observation, we create a safe space to explore your inner world and balance the aspects of a fulfilling and aligned life.

    Through a process called blueprinting, we can uncover the unique labyrinth of conditioned patterns and beliefs that block us from experiencing our true selves. Together, we rediscover a life of connection and equanimity.

    Sessions are 60-90 minutes and can take place weekly or bi-weekly.

  • classes & sangha

    Sangha is the community of practitioners who support each other in meditation, applied wisdom, and our heartful efforts in this world. Much of mindfulness is relational. We are waking up, together.

    Sangha gatherings are held every Sunday evening (in-person) and Thursday evening (EST)/Friday Morning (ICT) online and are always donation based towards a cause. Weekly drop-in classes are offered seasonally.

  • workshops & courses

    Join live courses and workshops both in-person and on Zoom. Dynamic and interactive, we blend hands-on practice, reflection, and psychoeducational learning. Offerings are held on rotation and announcements for upcoming courses or workshops will be posted here.
